After-Sales Support

 

eyeOS offer Support packs carefully designed for business, education community and government. Currently we provide support plans in two different models with different contract options:

 

Models

Support Contract

Contract cheaper than Contract for tickets and adapted to production systems in professional circles. We can act as a support undergraduate or graduate level. This support model includes critical bug fixes and security updates which are automatically applied when they are detected and corrected.

Contract for Ticket

Assistance system by FFS. You pay only when you create a new ticket. Particularly suitable when we take only on 2nd level of support or assistance needs are unusual.

Support Contract

Look below the support contracts currently available:

  • SLA - problem solved by 8am max (office hours).

Tickets by Contract

Use the Support Ticket with your customer ID and be able to open support tickets via web or by phone at price of 125 € per hour.

Custom Contract

If you want other plans / models of assistance, please, contact us for an accurate estimation via our contact section.

Contact Options

  •  
  • Online (Web / E-mail): With or without Service Legal Agreement (SLA)
  • Telephone: With or without SLA. Available from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • 7 × 24: Always available. With SLA.
  • Support Tickets / questions may be inspected at any time, without taking into consideration the tool used to send them.
